“Not all those who wander are lost” — J.R.R. Tolkien //
Since college I have wanted to travel abroad for an extended period of time, and have recently decided to take a trip to Southeast Asia for 3 months.
I’ll be blogging along my journey for a number of reasons:
- To share what I learn during my travels with friends, family, and the world
- To remain self-accountable to living in the moment and getting the most out of my travel and life experiences
- To help people contemplating a similar trip learn what steps I have taken to make it happen
I anticipate and expect my blogging focus to change, as a result of my experiences abroad as well as my interactions with you–my readers. But this is at least a start.
For those on Twitter, I have a twitter account you can follow to get the latest updates on my travels, @adamwandering. Pending the purchase of a local phone once overseas I’ll be posting updates there as well as on this blog. Also, you can subscribe to this blog by clicking here. Please follow me on Twitter and bookmark this page – and share this page with your friends!
